Goddard
Goddard
(in honor of Professor William A. Goddard, III of Caltech)
is a state of the art high performance Dell computing cluster. It
consists
of 10 nodes, each of which is powered by a dual quad-core Intel Xeon processor. Each
node has 8Gb of RAM and 300Gb of scratch space. It is equipped
with an Infiniband backbone for decreased latency. We operate the latest versions of Amber, Desmond, Gaussian, Gromacs, Jaguar, PyMol, RosettaDock, VMD, and so much more!
Polyquanta
PolyQuanta
is a 64 processor high performance computing
cluster loaded with Amber, Gaussian, GaussView, Gromacs, Jaguar, NAMD,
PyMol, and VMD. It
is a 32 node IBM Linux cluster. Each node contains dual 2.8Ghz 64 bit
AMD Opteron processors. It is currently utilized for
long-scale molecular
dynamics simulations, electronic structure theory calculations, and
code testing.
